Shipping and Pickup Options
CURBSIDE PICKUP: Curbside pickup is available every day for phone or online orders. Just call us from your car at 541-387-2229 and we will bring your items out to you.
LOCAL DELIVERY: We offer FREE local delivery within 10 miles of the store on any purchases over $50. Orders received by 2pm will be delivered aftr 6pm on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be delivered the next day. Local delivery is available on phone or online orders.
SHIPPING: We would be happy to ship your order to you, anywhere in the US. Please call us at 541-387-2229 or Email Us to arrange shipping for your phone or online order.
We want you to love with your purchase, and are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.
We will refund your order to the original method of payment, or provide an exchange.
Unless there was an error with the order made by G. Willikers, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
How to Process a Return for an Online Order
You must have a customer account to process a return online. If you did not set up an account when you placed your order, you may create an account with the same email you used to make your online purchase.
To initiate your return:
1. Log in or create an account by clicking My Account/Register at the top right of the screen.
2. Click My Orders to view all past orders.
3. Click View on the right side of the order you wish to return.
4. Click Return Items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment. Choose the products and quantity to return.
5. Choose a return reason and specify whether you would like an exchange or a credit to the original payment method.
6. Click Send to submit the return request.
